First, why are in a time and place where this even has to be something to address?

Because I do not play/cyber or take any of this as just general fantasy I want to address something that’s been bugging me. I am here because I have been in the REAL WORLD kink scene for 25+ years, I’ve written a book on the scene, and I am here to actively seek out REAL LIFE situations. As such, I want to make a point that while you can indulge in the darkest, filthiest, most depraved kinks in your fantasy or reality – some things should not be mistaken as being a kink.

I love all kinds of kinks, depravity is where I most like to stay. But… only with the individual who explicitly consents to such things. Into CNC? Somno? Age Play? Race play? Pet play? Taboos? Driving nails through your body parts? Whatever – indulge and enjoy all that you want if that’s what you seek and consent to and find another who consents to engage in such scenes. Want to be treated like a dumb piece of shit? Thought of as nothing more than an object? Live like a disgusting pig? I’m all for it. Want to surrender any and all rights after you’ve found the best match for you? Surrender it all! I am into many of these or, at the very least, support those who want to explore kink however they want – no matter how extreme… as long as everyone involved is fully aware and consents.

What I do not believe in is making the removal of rights a kink. The overturning of Roe v. Wade is devastating in reality and has many far-reaching impacts beyond the denial of abortions. It impacts birth control availability and accessibility. It can impact LGBT+ rights. Moreover, the fucking around with such rights means that people are at an even higher risk of hate crimes. Even scarier – it seems Trumptards seem to take such actions as a real-life license to assault/kill.

If you and another are into patriarchy – that’s fine. If you like to be treated as less-than because you’re a specific gender – that’s fine. Whatever you and another consent to do together, that’s fine. But do not mistake the promotion of dangerous revocation of rights to be a kink that should be celebrated or shared.
